In my certain level, I cannot or would never create something that is very disturbing and disgusting art. Please refrain from requesting a very disgusting piece of art because I do not support that.Hentai/Porno Art
Also, refrain from requesting hentai art. I’m not saying that I WILL NOT draw hentai arts since I have many times created pornographic art, some in public and the rest private. I will eventually create a time or schedule whenever I’m feeling inclined to create a hentai or porno art request.Below is the term of services of my commission. Please read the term of services since if any of the following rules that have been provided in the term of services have been broken or not followed, the artist has the right to refuse or decline your commission at any time.ㅤㅤTERM OF SERVICES
Please read the following terms of service carefully before proceeding with an art commission. By commissioning artwork Demi "Demise" Katsuragi, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Scope of Work:
1.1. The client agrees to commission the artist to create a custom artwork according to the agreed-upon specifications and requirements.
1.2. The Artist retains full creative control over the artwork, unless specific guidelines and references are provided by the Client.
1.3. The Client acknowledges that artistic interpretation is subjective, and minor variations in style, color, and composition may occur.2. Pricing and Payment:
2.1. The pricing for the commissioned artwork will be determined by the Artist and communicated to the Client in writing or through a mutually agreed-upon platform.
2.2. The Client agrees to pay the Artist the agreed-upon fee for the commission, which may include an initial deposit and subsequent installments.
2.3. The Artist reserves the right to request full or partial payment upfront before commencing work on the commission.
2.4. Payments shall be made in the currency agreed upon by both parties.3. Process and Delivery:
3.1. The Artist will provide the Client with regular updates on the progress of the artwork, including sketches or digital proofs if applicable.
3.2. The estimated completion time will be discussed and agreed upon between the Artist and the Client. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
3.3. The Artist retains the right to showcase the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.4. Revisions and Alterations:
4.1. The Client may request reasonable revisions or alterations to the artwork during the creation process, within the scope of the original agreement.
4.2. Major changes or additions that deviate significantly from the initial concept may require an additional fee and an extension of the agreed-upon delivery time.5. Intellectual Property:
5.1. The Artist retains all rights, including copyright, to the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.3. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify the artwork without explicit permission from the Artist.6. Cancellation and Refunds:
6.1. Either party may terminate the commission agreement in writing if there is a breach of the terms outlined herein. In such cases, fees paid up until that point may be non-refundable.
6.2. If the Client cancels the commission before completion, any non-refundable deposit or payments made may be retained by the Artist to compensate for work already completed or materials purchased.7. Confidentiality:
7.1. The Artist agrees to keep confidential any personal or proprietary information disclosed by the Client in relation to the commission, unless required by law.8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. The Artist shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the commission or use of the artwork.
